Hi guys! John Halcomb here... You guys are GREAT! You define customer service! I can't believe how great you guys have been to me. If there is one thing I hate, it is being talked down to, patted on the head with a reassuring word and leaving the room with unanswered questions. Every other company that I looked at before finding you guys was just like that. They just think that I was too stupid to understand what was going on! Well, thank you for giving me the benifit of the doubt. Every form you had me sign you explained to the fullest, you kept me TOTALLY in the loop through the entire process and treated me as a valued customer. You guys have it down pat! I also loved your follow-up, every time I had a question, I could just e-mail you and I would get a response so quickly! Great job and KEEP IT UP! You are doing all of it right!
